Who We Serve:
We offer healthcare services to adults ages 18-64 in Florida. The clinic is located in Valrico for in-person care and virtually anywhere in Florida. Those eligible for or enrolled in any Medicare or Medicaid plan are NOT eligible for membership at this time.
